Régis Pereira

Régis leverages more than 18 years of experience in conducting corporate investigations, where he dealt with complex data acquisition and analysis, digital forensics, litigation advisory and response. He also has extensive experience in leading analytical research efforts focused on quickly and efficiently identifying relevant material for investigations.

Régis is an expert in providing solutions on matters relating to investigative forensic accounting, fraud investigations, cyber-enabled crimes and anti-money laundering investigations. He is proficient in initial data assessment, collection and reporting for both unstructured and structured data sources.

Prior to joining Kroll, Régis served as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he led large and complex investigations and disputes through technology insights. During his previous venture, he built a local practice to service the main law firms and support their clients on any matter with a technology component. Before that, Régis was Senior Director at Ventiv Solutions International, providing digital forensics, litigation advisory and cyber security consulting services to major companies.

Working closely with clients across numerous jurisdictions during internal investigations, Régis managed cross-border investigations in Latin America, the U.S., Europe and Asia. Further, he has also recruited and built teams of digital forensics, litigation advisory, cyber security and analytics with the goal of helping corporations and law firms understand the integration of technology and law enforcement. He has been recognized amongst future leaders in investigations by the Who’s Who Legal for Digital Forensics Experts chapter in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Régis holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universidade Paulista.
